The culinary experience during our stay was extraordinary, but the spa area needs more relaxation chairs during peak hours.

the hotel is in a lovely location, but the service was absolutely horrible. 3 nights in a superior double room, yet I didn’t even get a complimentary bottle of water upon check-in. the 'luxury' feel was definitely lacking when no one helped me with my bags. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

The culinary experience was nothing short of extraordinary, with five exquisite courses beautifully prepared each night, reflecting the chef's passion for fresh, flavorful ingredients.
The spa area, while lovely, could benefit from a few more relaxation chairs during peak hours, as they can fill up quickly.

Breathtaking mountain views, Spa area with relaxation facilities, Year-round outdoor activities
Hot tub temperatures not very hot!!! Transfer service timing often misaligned with guest needs!!! Billing issues during check-out indicate a need for clearer communication!!! Limited spa service hours detract from overall relaxation options!!!

What they won’t tell you about this
The breakfast spread was impressive with a vast array of choices and the dinner set menu was a culinary delight that we eagerly looked forward to each night.
Inconsistencies in the shuttle service timings sometimes left us waiting longer than anticipated.

A delightful culinary adventure
From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff made us feel instantly at home. Each morning began with an impressive breakfast spread, and the five-course dinners were a magical experience that we eagerly anticipated. The massages and relaxation in the spa after a day of hiking were exactly what we needed, allowing us to fully unwind amidst stunning mountain views. Easy access to charming Ortisei made our adventures seamless.
While our experience was overwhelmingly positive, we did encounter a minor inconvenience with the temperatures of the hot tub, which could have been warmer for our liking. Overall, this did not detract from our stay, but a touch more comfort in the spa would enhance the experience. Additionally, having to wait a bit longer for the shuttle during peak hours tested our patience, but the friendly atmosphere made it easier to cope.

Staying at this family-owned gem was incredible! We loved the sunny panoramic views and the ski lifts just a short walk away. We hiked the Adventure path Emozion Col de Flam, which was fun! The food was fantastic and made our group experience super memorable. Definitely would recommend this as a top spot for friends traveling together.
However, we found the shuttle service a bit inconsistent, which sometimes left us waiting longer than expected.
